Dear Mr. Brown,
Reunion Resort is pleased to have been selected as host Resort for the JABOG Golf Group
Friday, September 12, 2014 - Sunday, September 14, 2014

 

The Resort requires a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 per person, which is due by Friday, June 27, 2014. Each individual will be responsible for the remaining balance upon departure.
Deposits can be made by faxing in the group credit card authorization form or by calling our Central Reservations Office at (866) 880-8563. If either the contract or deposits are not received by the dates specified, all space will be released. Starting times and accommodations will be adjusted based on number of
deposits received.

It is the Resorts’ understanding that your group will be comprised of approximately 36 people.

The golf package pricing listed is based on quad occupancy in our Three Bedroom Deluxe Villas.

Your two night stay
package of $321.74/per person includes two night’s accommodations, golf as listed on page 2 of this
agreement, cart usage and practice range use prior to play, daily breakfast, applicable club services fee and
taxes.

There are no refunds for unused portions of the package including late arrivals or early departures.
Check in time is 4:00pm and check out time is 11:00am. For amendments to these times, please contact your
sales manager for possible accommodation.

 

Your rooming list is due by Wednesday, August 13, 2014 which is 30 days prior to your group arrival date.
If not received by this date all space will be released and deposits forfeited. You will be contacted by our Golf
Services Manager to discuss your program in more detail prior to this date.

 

Any damages to the Resort, as a result of group activity, are subject to a repair fee. A walkthrough should be
arranged before move in and after move out to assess the condition.

• The Resort reserves the right to change/modify any above tee times at our discretion.

• Replay rounds are in addition to the package price at a rate of $30 per round. Please schedule these with the golf shop.

• Reunion Resort is a non-metal spike facility.
